Thornton Hall Country Park Continues to Grow with New Team Members

Thornton Hall Country Park is continuing its exciting period of growth with several new team members joining the business.

The new roles span marketing, hospitality, catering, weddings and farm operations.

As one of the leading family attractions near Skipton, Thornton Hall Country Park welcomes thousands of visitors every year. Families visit for indoor soft play, animal experiences, seasonal events, camping and family days out.

As the business grows, we remain committed to investing in both our team and visitor experience.

Welcoming New Team Members

Our marketing department recently welcomed Marisa as Digital Marketing Executive.

Marisa brings fresh creativity and digital expertise to support the continued growth of Thornton Hall Country Park and its busy events calendar.

Meanwhile, the food and beverage team has expanded with Ashley joining as Food and Beverage Manager. Sarah has also joined the business as Catering Assistant.

Together, they will help enhance the dining experience for visitors across the park.

Supporting Animal Experiences on the Farm

Over on the farm, Matt has joined the team as Farm Hand.

Matt supports the daily care of our animals and helps deliver popular animal experiences across the park.

Importantly, he will assist with public animal petting sessions and bottle feeding experiences. These activities remain firm favourites with families visiting the farm.

Visitors can continue enjoying close-up encounters with goats, alpacas, llamas, donkeys, pigs, chickens and many more friendly farm animals.

Expanding Weddings and Corporate Events

Thornton Hall Country Park has also strengthened its weddings and events offering.

Maia has joined the business to lead weddings and corporate events across the venue.

She brings valuable industry experience and will help continue growing the venue’s reputation for unforgettable celebrations and professional events.

Meanwhile, Paul continues in his role as Campsite Warden at Thornton Hall Camping.

Paul plays an important role in welcoming guests and supporting families during their stay. He helps visitors enjoy relaxing countryside breaks near Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales.

Continuing to Invest in the Future

As part of our ongoing expansion plans, Thornton Hall Country Park is also recruiting for a new General Manager.

This role will strengthen the senior leadership team and support the future growth of the business.

A spokesperson for Thornton Hall Country Park said:

“We are incredibly proud to continue growing our team and investing in the future of the business. As an employer across Lancashire and Yorkshire, it is important to us that we continue creating opportunities across a wide range of roles while delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors.”
